Gary Vandenberg Hardest part was getting the lock mechanism off the bags, cleaned out, and re-lubed. This replacement latch kit was shipped promptly, arrived in tact, and was easily epoxied and clamped onto the existing handle base, after I cleaned the old glue off and sanded them the handle bases. Couldn't be happier, saved me a ton of money off new bags!! Thanks!!!
