Many thanks for the delivery and the assembly, which was, of course, very straightforward to install, and I must say I’m going to really appreciate these extensions. As soon as the colder weather sets in in October, they’ll make ridind in winter a bit more comfortable, with my little hands kept protected. ✌️keep 2W down brothers!
I had a Goldwing for awhile and one thing I noticed with the CC1400 was the hand exposure. 45 plus yrs pulling wrenches was hard on the hands. When the fairing extensions appeared…. I thought what do I have to loose. Installed them not very high expectations….. WOW ! I was wrong they are Fantastic. Went for a couple rides now and I’m still Very impressed! GREAT PRODUCT.
PS - I installed the repair/ reinforcement brackets that go behind the Fairing Extensions . THESE ARE ALSO GREAT!… my bike had one lower fastener broken and the other on its way. These are a life saver 👍🏻( side note) when you install the repair brackets make sure you line them up carefully and thread the screws in with your fingers only- if they don’t thread in 3-4 turns with your fingers.. Don’t force it- you will cross thread or strip them ☹️. Again Great products 👍🏻👍🏻
With a new to me c14, my only complaint was wind chilling my hands on a 38° morning. Google AI pointed me to these as a possible solution. Shipping was fast. They installed easily. They make a great wind break for hands, even with 2" bar risers. They function and look as factory as could be.
Déflecteur d’air parfait. Merci
Arrived on time, packed expertly and came with hardware ( longer bolts ) . Its winter time and we just had an ice storm. But the local American Legion has a " freezing for a reason " ride and if the roads clear I will test the upper fairings out. Just by looking at the on the bike I can tell they will divert the wind around the grips which will help in low temperature rides. Thanks Nate.
P.S. Beer or coffee on me, should we ever share a table. Shiny side up.
Sincerely,
Christopher H.
